30-Day Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • Products should be unused or only minimally handled.

  • Original packaging and accessories should be included whenever possible.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Free Returns

Hairlune proudly offers FREE returns worldwide.

Please contact our customer support team before returning any item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Refund Process

Once your returned package has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation

  • Clear photographs of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

If your order has already shipped, it can still be returned under our 30-day return policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Clearance items marked as final sale

  • Products intentionally damaged after delivery
